Orders & Shipping

When will my order ship?

We usually take 1-2 business days to pack and ship your full order. However, during holiday/release season, we ask for 5-7+ business days to ship your order.

Why Hasn't my order shipped?

Please note that some of our items are pre-order items. The estimated to ship date for those items are in the product description.


If your order contains 1 item that's available for immediate shipping and 1 pre-order item, we will ship them together in one package once all items are available. If you paid for split shipping at checkout, we will ship each item separately.

Returns & Exchanges

For all domestic orders, we will accept all returns and exchanges within 30 days after delivery. Simply visit our Returns & Exchanges page.


For all international orders, we do not offer returns and exchanges due to the complicated shipping procedures. However, if you have a problem with your order, please reach out to us at help@ytgclo.com and we'll find a solution to ensure that you will have a satisfiable shopping experience with us.


Please note that all return and exchange item(s) must remain in original condition with original packaging and must satisfy the conditions below:

- The merchandise must be unused, unworn, unwashed in the original form. 

- Customer must notify us within 30 days of receiving the shipment. 


If your returned item(s) does not have original packaging or tag, we will charge a $10 stocking fee.


Once we receive the return & exchange item(s) and judge it's condition, we will issue a refund or exchange.

Where do we Ship?

We currently ship everywhere in the U.S., Asia, as well as Europe, Canada, and Australia.  

International Duty & Fees

Below statements only apply to international orders:

- We recognizes that customs and duty fees are considered a governmental matter. 

- We cannot declare the value of a package as anything other than its retail value. We cannot mark shipments as gifts.

Shipping Methods

Domestic Orders

UPS Surepost - $8-12 (3-5 Days for delivery, after it's been fulfilled).

Free domestic shipping on $200+ orders.


International Orders

USPS First Class, USPS Priority, DHL Express, UPS Expedited  - Varies based on your location, this will be automatically calculated at checkout.


Please note that USPS First Class is the slowest international shipping method available and has limited tracking information. It might take up to 1 1/2 months or more for delivery.

Please note that once your order is shipped from our facility, we are unable to expedite, change the shipping address, or redirect the package.

Our Products

Where is our stuff made?

Currently, we manufacture majority of our products in China. To select our overseas partners, we emphasize quality, compliance to worker's safety, fair wages and benefits, and efforts to be more sustainable.


We've visited all of our partners and we have built strong personal relationships with each factory partner.

Our products are designed to last, which means we emphasize on the quality of the materials we use. We try our best to use as much sustainable materials as possible without sacrificing any functionality or the quality of our items.


Some of the sustainable materials we use are TENCEL and organic cotton. Recently, we begin using packaging bags made from recycled plastic and that are 100% recyclable. We are currently a brand with 4 team members and we believe in making a positive impact on the planet by adding more sustainable practices. We are still exploring different sustainable materials while upholding our reasonable price points and maintaining the quality of our items.

How should i wash and care for my products?

We recommend wash on cold and hang dry or use a low heat setting in the dryer. This will help maintain the shape of the garment, while reducing the energy use.
